Tracey Naledi is a Public Health Physician who has who has held technical & management positions in Government and NGO sectors in South Africa and Botswana. She focusses on policy development; health system strengthening & addressing health inequity. She is a past Exec Member of Public Health Association of South Africa (PHASA); member of the Council for Public Health Medicine of the Colleges of Medicine of South Africa; advisory Board Member of Perinatal Mental Health Project; Chairperson of Tekano, Atlantic Fellows for Health Equity in South Africa. She was most recently the Chief Director: Health Programmes in the Western Cape Department of Health and is an honorary senior lecturer in the School of Public Health, UCT. Tracey is currently undertaking her PhD in Adolescent Health and HIV. She is a Desmond and Leah Tutu Legacy Foundation Fellow and a Discovery Foundation Fellow
