BACKGROUND :

Social disparity leads to poor health outcomes in general population. Whether this phenomena exists in a well-educated, upper-middle class working population is unknown. The electricity generating authority of Thailand corporation is a big enterprise that provide an ideal UHC concept that all of their staff can reimburse any medical expense. We examine the residual impact of social disparity on health of their staff and investigate the way they do to correct this disparity.

OBJECTIVES :

To demonstrate the impact of social disparity on health in the EGAT population To discuss about the effective measure to minimise the disparity gap
