SPECIAL EVENTS

The Prince Mahidol Award Conference is pleased to host Special Event Sessions during 31 January - 1 Febuary 2020.
The Special Event will be arranged during Lunch and Coffee Break times. 15 minutes are allowed for each special launch event

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND SUBMISSION CHANNEL FOR SIDE MEETING ORGANIZERS

  • The special event is open to the conference partners (co-hosts, supporting institutes or contributors) and all confirmed conference participants (RG).
  • Due to limited time slots, priority is given to the conference partners.

LOGISTICS SUPPORT BY PMAC SECRETARIAT

  • Small stage, 50 audience chairs and visual and audio system will be set openly next to the exhibition area and coffee break area.
  • The events will be announced in the conference program.
  • A local staff and an AV staff to facilitate during the event.

Deadline to Request for Special Event Conference Partners (co-hosts, supporting institutes or contributors) and interested organizations are able to request the special event for consideration through the Special Event Request Form

15 OCTOBER 2019

Accepted Special Event The PMAC Secretariat will send the PMAC invitation, username and password that allows Organizers of Special Events that have been accepted to access to the special events system and fill required details of the special events.

* Please note that the special event organizers need to be a PMAC invitee.

30 OCTOBER 2019

Deadline for Special Event Organizers to Fill in Required Special Event Details in the PMAC Special Event System Details of the Special Event that were filled through the system will be available on the conference website.
