Bhavesh Jain, MSc, is a Health and HIV Financing advisor with the Health Policy Plus project (USAID) in Cambodia. He is embedded at the Cambodia National AIDS Authority. He advices NAA on sustainability and the transition of the HIV response through integration and domestic resource mobilization. Bhavesh has more than 14 years of experience across a spectrum of organizations, including academics, subnational and national governments, bilateral and multilateral partners and private sector. He has experience working in Asia region especially in India and Cambodia. He is an expert in health financing, health insurance, health systems strengthening, and health policy development. He has been undertaking resource tracking exercises, designing and implementing mass rural health insurance programs and development of HIV National Health Strategies. His core experience across various assignments focused on building capacity of government through policy dialogue, communications and interactions with counterparts, country stakeholders and development partners. He is always interested to discuss ideas which has positive impact on people, communities and businesses. He received MSc in Health Policy, Innovation and Management from Maastricht University, Netherlands and Post Graduate Diploma in Health Management from Indian Institute of Health Management Research, India.
